Minimum stay: 2 nights; 3 nights over Easter, Heroes & Unity, Christmas and New Year
Capacity: 8 tented chalets (16 beds; up to 3 beds per chalet on request), plus Hippo Pod (sleeps 4)
Guides/drivers: No separate staff accommodation; they must be part of the group booking.
If you increase the number of rooms during your stay, an additional room charge applies
Payment/cancellation policy: Provided at enquiry/confirmation .

Provisional bookings must be pre-paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. Should a new request come in for the same dates, 50% deposit will then be required with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
50% deposit is required to secure long weekend/Public Holiday (Easter, Heroes & Unity, Christmas & New Year's) bookings. Must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
All payments are nonrefundable, but may be changed for alternative dates. Subject to availability.
